Doing Commercial Real Estate Deals in Manassas, VA

All the vacant commercial property in the Manassas Virginia area is creating a lot of opportunity to do commercial real estate deals.

I'm looking at three deals right now and have eager buyers if any of them turn out to be good deals.

I'm alwayys looking for more deals with commercial real estate in the Manassas area. To analyize any deal quickly based on the zoning code, I'm using the Nonresidential Development Standards Summary Calculator - Zoning Districts: Manassas City / Manassas Park / Prince William County.
