Ed Ginn/Ken Yanni MOM Interview

Getting into the commercial brokerage world is a mystery to most real estate investors. It tends to be a smaller circle of players than the residential world. The reason being that there are fewer transactions and much higher dollar figures than the normal housing market. This causes a need for very sharp minds that have large impacts on the community based on the decisions they make to buy, develop and rent large commercial and retail spaces. Ed Ginn and Ken Yanni do a fantastic interview that gives a sneak peak into that world and how they look at different projects.
