How To - Know Your Market

This 'How To' video will cover learning and knowing your market. Every form of real estate investing includes a market that an investor is participating in. Knowing that market better than any one else is a huge edge in making money and thriving. All of the best investors in the business can usually tell you everything about their farm area. They are also usually the people that have such a stronghold on their location that most people come to them when they have deals because people know they buy there. The more you know about your territory, the safer you are in making a purchase or acquisition. The less you know about your area, the more risk you bring into the equation. When you bring risk, you are bringing in the unknown and no one wants to not know what is going to happen with their money. Knowing your market is the foundation of your investment plan so spend the time to learn it. The 50 house rules is a fantastic starting point.
