Hard Money Bankers - MLS vs Free Services
Very frequently I receive phone calls from people looking to purchase properties and are in need of funding. I always ask them how they determined the resale value. I can't tell you how many people mention they used one of the free popular services to determine the value of the property. I am yet to find one of these 'free sites' that comes anywhere close to comparing to the MLS. I would strongly recommend to anyone serious in investing to get MLS access.
