Unique Resources - Michael Cohen

There are many different levels of real estate investing. There are people that own thousands of units, people that flip properties, people that do commercial deals, people that finance and everything else in between. Regardless of if you are the most experienced or newest investor, you will have something you need to asses about your business. You have to know what resources you have available and how to use them accordingly. As a newer investor having access to money, the right investor friendly Realtors and the right contractors allows for a massive advantage when trying to get your first few deals done. Those are key components to finding success in this business and choosing the right people for each category is important. At all levels you will deal with these 3 types of team members, so if you are new and can get to the right people out of the gates, you could be shaving years of learning off your career.
