Building our buyers' list
We are finalizing a contract and I decided to "clean-up" our buyers' list. I am a tad CDO, which is Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, but in the correct alphabetical order, the way it should be. So instead of blasting 100+ emails to my buyers list and clogging up their email inboxes when I know there are only a select few who would be interested, since in this case it is a 4-plex, there has to be a way to click a button and whittle it down. So I started looking for software, online programs, ANYTHING that would help organize besides Excel. Low and behold I came across Realeflow. I have only been using this for a short while, but I have to say they have it all. I can enter my contacts, properties, Repair Estimators, YOU NAME IT, and I am able to organize, tag, label and even color code! (This alone has CDO's salivating!) They have direct mail campaigns, (of course this is extra with postage), they have leadpipes like I have never seen before, they even have an email "drip" campaign you can set up once and it will automatically send out emails as programmed. You also get one website, and up to 9 squeeze pages that are ready to go. Just upload your logo. We are Fortune Builders Mastery Students so we get a discount, so I figured "Why not try it!" but I believe what they offer is well worth the monthly fee! And if you get 3 people to sign up on referrals, it's free! Nothing is better than FREE! No, I do not own stock in Realeflow. If I did, I would not be writing blogs!
