🔴My City Council & HOA banned my AirBnB

My home owner association, HOA, sent me a letter banning my airbnb short term rental. Today we'll go over the two biggest problems with trying to build your short term rental business. 

The first is local government and 2nd is HOA's. 

     It seems like cities governments are starting to crack down and regulate them more nation wide. You'll see the exact regulation code from my are in Newport News, Virginia. We'll also go over the attorney letter I received and what they want me to do with my airbnb property. Just because it's not your city today, doesn't mean it won't be your city tomorrow. Municipalities are following suit and city council is really listening. It can completely destroy your business when these regulations gets passed..
