⚠️This Landlord only buys out of state

Good Money Morning BP,

Even though we're in New York, I'm still thinking about your success in real estate. Today you're gonna meet my friend Welby. He's buying Multi family real estate in out of state markets because where he lives in New York the prices are just too high. He's been in the real estate game since 2004 but he's paid his dues winning and losing just like me

Today we're in Waterbury Connecticut viewing some of his multi family buildings to see how he buys them and what repairs he does to attract quality tenants. We all know the true goal of successful real estate investors is cash flow. You'll see how he adds living space and has done several things that allow him to raise his rents because he ads value to his multi family properties. I'm actually even thinking about looking at investing in this area because there are so many multi family building here.
