How to set up loans with private lenders using an IRA

If you've ever wanted to buy a house but couldn't quite come up with all the money, this video is for you. Happy Martin Luther King Jr. Day, We can all learn something from this great leader. Today I did a training on how I put together a $20k loan by using a Self Directed Roth IRA. These loans are the easiest to put together because the money can only be used for investment purposes. These loans don't require you to submit:
-bank statements
-proof of income
-tax returns
-appraisals
-credit report
or even an application, because they're based strictly on relationships.
