As we approach the holidays, it always seems like sellers get more motivated to sell so they can get a quick check to spend on holiday stuff. This video will show you 4 different projects, 2 we've already acquired and 2 we're looking to buy. We recorded a home visit so you can see that all sellers aren't mean people looking to harass you for paying a low price. We'll also take you through another construction site as well as a house we just bought where we'll be decapitating the house and adding a 2nd story onto the top. I call this creating value out of the existing structure.
