How to buy a house at the Foreclosure Auction

Good money Monday,

In my opinion, the foreclosure auction is one of the best places to buy a house at a discount. WHY? Because I've seen banks create instant equity in seconds by starting the bid out substantially lower than what the original loan was. For instance, let's say the home owner borrowed $145k. The bank, can easily and frequently open the bids up at tens of thousands of dollars lower. I've seen some auctions start off at prices over $100k lower. It's truly amazing to see how wealth is created in this country at the blink of an eye, IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING!!!

I've done a 3 part series of how I buy houses at the courthouse steps. This is the 1st video where we cover the 4 steps in how to do it:

1. Locating them

2. Property Inspection

3. Title search

4. Bidding @ Auction

So get out there and let's get you a great deal. Real estate is on sale NOW, but I believe it won't be on sale for too much longer as our economy picks up steam. Don't forget, I'm available for deal structuring and assistance any time.
