A day in the life of a Real Estate Investor, Vol. 2

Today's video is another "day in the life" of a Real Estate Investor. I recorded 3 locations that we went to last week. The first is a renovation that we're finally installing Sheetrock. The reno has been a little rough due to the fact we had to rip out ALL of the existing electrical work that was done incorrectly.

-The 2nd house we have under contract to buy. My goal with this one is that we can tear it down and build possibly two houses, but at least one. You'll see the survey and the 2 lots where the existing house encroaches onto the other lot. It's kind of cool because the previous home owner purposely built his house hanging over the lot line so there'd be no other building close to his house. AND, the black MOLD inside this house was very bad, luckily you won't have to smell it like we did...

-Finally the 3rd house is one that I'd like to buy, but when we arrived it was in good condition so I highly doubt we'll be buying that one. But we still must at least look at it. I hope you enjoy and learn a lot from this video with the intent that I made it to show you what investors do, daily.
