🔴Live Seller Negotiation

What up BP,

Today let's go meet a home owner that wants to sell their house. She's a sweet lady but she's a tough negotiator. Since this area is hard to comp because there are very little sales, I couldn't give her a number on the spot. She also had another offer which I was trying to understand why she didn't just take that offer. I guess some people may want a little more money for their house.

During our negotiation, we want to get a clear understanding of the price they want and the time frame in which they want to sell. The number 1 thing to keep in mind while you're negotiating is to be a consultant. We want to HELP people, not just close more deals. A lot of times, we are NOT the best option for sellers, so we don't get the deal- and that's OK. Pay close attention to how we go back and forth and try to have a little fun while you're inside the homes with people because they're human just like we are.
