I'd like to share snap shot of my $110k 2nd floor reno. We completely decapitated a house and now we're putting it back together. We've run into a number of problems and as you'll see in this video, we had to change the entire floor plan due to the window placements on the 1st floor. But, it's no big problem because I'm working with experts that KNOW what they're doing....

It brings me great joy to be able to talk to you on a weekly basis. It's extremely therapeutic to shoot my videos and create articles for our monthly newsletter along with our attorney Jessica Segal.
