Watch my last tenant eviction, A day in the Life of a REI....

   Good money Monday BP,

Evictions are a large part of my business. I do a lot of "lease-option/Owner Finance" deals which means I work with "high risk" tenant/buyers. Most, if not all, of these people have below average credit, terrible payment history, evictions, foreclosures and even bankruptcies. The good thing about working with these people is I get a large down payment and sometimes they show the utmost respect by taking care of the house and showing appreciation for giving them a chance to own a piece of the American Dream.

Well, that's not the case in this video. These people were probably in my top 10 most nasty tenants I've ever had. They were living in the house with no water and using the stove for heat. I found dirty pampers, poopie toilet paper piled up, used tampons, and dishes in the sinks with moldy food. Watch and learn about the problems real estate investors run into when evicting a tenant. It looks like they may have left just a few minutes before the sheriff shows up.
