Happy New Year BP,

Thanks so much for being a part of my life and as usual, I want to create, or pour into your real estate investing career with another flip tip even though most businesses are closed today. I did another "Flip or Flop, breaking down the numbers" video because I think it's extremely important for you to see what other investors are doing so you don't feel like you're all alone. We all have the same problems when looking at a deal and the most important thing we need to valuate is THE NUMBERS.
