A day in the life of a Real Estate Investor, Vol. 5

Good "Get Money" Monday

My mentor told me years ago and I've found it to be very true when it comes to looking for your next real estate purchase. He said "Kris, you can do this business full time, or you can do it part time, but you can't do it sometime". That really stuck with me over the years because I chose to be a full timer. The bigger question this morning is which one are you? As usual, I have several coaching clients that I posed this question to as well and the "sometimers" feel the most pressure when it comes to looking for deals.

In this "day in the life of a real estate investor", you're going to meet an outstanding part timer. Stephanie bought a house for $25k and it's a full gut job. Lucky for him, most of the "rough-in" work is complete and he obtained a home inspection BEFORE he bought it. You'll get a full understanding of what "rough-in" construction is at location 10:45 into our video. This house is going to be a serious job and Stephanie has his hands full. Our 2nd location is our new construction and we're pouring the driveway and installing our new kitchen cabs & counter tops. Watch and learn from our stories so you can apply this info to your investing life as well.
