Flip Tip #23, How to buy a house at the foreclosure Auction

So I went to the foreclosure Auction in Hampton, VA last week and brought a few coaching clients...  I shot a full video of the auction so you can see exactly how it goes down...

One house started at $279k and got bid up to a whopping $342k. I have no idea how these other investors make money paying retail for houses. I thought the ARV was around $380k so with realtor fees and hard costs, that leaves the buyer with no profit.

Check out the foreclosing attorney, Adam white. He's got to be the most fun trustee at the auction. He likes to have fun when auctioning off these houses, even though it can be tragic time for some. His attitude is very up beat and he doesn't make people feel "less than" when bidding. He also said he'd let me interview him for our next training. check him out below...

There are 3 things you need to do BEFORE you show up to bid at the auction,  I'll explain it all in the video above.  Let me know if I can help you in any way to build your real estate business....

Thnx
