I Need help from someone who has been in my shoes!!

I am 24 years old and looking to break into the real estate investing business. I am have roughly 8000 to start with and no credit. I would like to get a 4 unit to start with. I will do anything to make this happen!! This is not just something I wanna do for the money this is something I love! I have been looking into hard money lenders to help me get the money to buy my first property. I am also wondering if I should form a llc right now?? Would it limit me when trying to get funds from hard money lenders of banks??? I have looked in my area and have found a couple possiable propertys that are 4 units the are around 20,000 to 30,000 dollars. They are all foreclosures. I have studyied real estate for 5 years and have worked with real estate investors for the past year. so I am fimilar with the business. Just a little lost on how to begin. I have asked the people who I work with for help but the are not the type who want to see anyone else move up in life and just tell they wont give me any help. So i am reaching out for help here. So please give me any advice you can.

 1. The fact that you have no credit is a big problem, bur DON'T let that stop you. I recommend that our clients get a 'credit' partner if they can't qualify. It's better to own 50% of something than 100% of nothing. We offer a few low-down ($5,000) investments on our websiet that you might want to review. If you like the opportunities than you can take them to you prospective credit partner(s). Marco Santarelli Norada Real Estate Investments Your Premier Source for Turnkey Investment Property

 2. I'd recommend joining your local real estate club to find folks willing to answer your questions and recommend profitable strategies - find folks who've so called already 'invented the wheel' in your area - those already making money doing what you want to do ... this site is also an excellent resource!
