rent collecting....made easier!

Hi All fellow investors!

Started using a national company to post rent payments on my tenants credit reports! its amazing on how many people pay on time......this service on;y cost a few bucks per month!

  2. Hi Jon, I tell them upfront and follow through....most luv the idea of reporting...if they don't like it...they dont pay rent on-time!
