Starting my yellow letter campaign.

I was at Prairie View yesterday and stumbled onto a ton of properties literally right outside the university. This place was horrible, ran down, and I loved it. I went to 706 Thompson Dr. to look at a property. I was amazed to find that it was abandoned and was for $58,000.00. After driving up and down the streets for a few minutes I found about 50 of them. All nasty and dilapidated. Most look like a scene out of Chico and the Man back in the seventies complete with junk everywhere. I got on the Waller CAD and started researching looking for out of state owners who might want to sell. I've made about 9 letters today and will mail them out tonight.
