REO MAINTENANCE

Rodriguez REO Detailers in Tampa Fl. www.rodriguezreodetailers.net  813-574-7999.  Fax 813-925-4366  We are a fairly new company . We decided to open our own REO CLEANING AND REPAIR SERVICE because we have worked in this field and realized that there was money to be made with all the foreclosures in this area .Currently work is slow and prospects are to find because most realtors already have vendors to clean and repair the homes that they currently have on the market. We would like any opinions that any of you may have to get more work prospects coming in .I know that blogging is a good start but i need the scoop in getting companies to hire us to do the work . Any insight would be greatly appreciated . Thank you

  1. Do you advertise anywhere? Why not go to ALL the realtor offices you can find and leave business cards and/or flyers? Talk with the Realtors who handle REO's. Are the companies they currently working with doing a good job. Look up those houses with the talk grass, get a contact number and give them a call, don't know til you ask. Maybe these are obvious answers...? Don't know what you've tried?
