Fid a real estate attorney ion your are and ask for a new junior associate or a paralegal. The paralegal can direct you.

Thanks, I will try the HUD counselor. As for the pro bono- I can never find anyone willing to offer that up.

I can usually find a pro bono person to answer questions for them. Another agent suggested referring them to a HUD counselor.

Cindi, The sad thing is most, if not almost all of the clients we run into do not have a tax professional. So when it is recommended to seek advice, they really have no where to turn. What do you do when you have a client that does not or can not afford a tax professional?
