For this installment, we turn away from DIY disasters to the back office side of real estate ridiculousness. 

While I'm pretty sure nothing on this application is legible, I made sure to redact anything that, if investigated by a forensic scientist, could be considered sensitive. And yes, we did receive this, and yes she was filling it out for well over an hour in our office:
