This guy and his companies and partners cheated and stole over $15,000 for property management in collected rents not paid to us, billings for undone or incorrectly done repairs, derelict tenant placement in our properties, and more. He ultimately cost us over $50,000 in loses and more than a year in struggles to fix the disasters he and his partners caused.
