Birds of a feather flock together

Perhaps I should blog more about how exactly to buy a house/ evaluate a property and rent it out. However, I feel that these fundamental elements are so important. Yet, I don't see we give it enough attention.

You can learn how to buy houses and make millions in real estate. In the end, if your mindset or these fundamental elements doesn't change, you will end up blowing all your wealth away and start from ground 0.

I'm currently on a lunch break at UT Arlington and walked around the campus. I couldn't see this any more true: "Birds of a feather flock together" . People with similar interest tend to associated with each other. I will go straight to the point here since: If you associated yourself with a party animal, you will spend most of your time partying. If you spend most of your time with a gamer, you will spend time gaming. If you associated yourself with a loser you will be a loser. You will associated yourself with people who is broker than you are, you will be broke just like them.

Time is your greatest asset. How you decide to spend it today will determine your future. T Harv Eker once said: " If you want to fly with the eagles, stop swimming with the ducks"

Tell me about the 5 people and the place that you hang out the most with, I can surely predict your future.

Go out there, make new connection, new friend and 10x your life to the next level.
