Encouragement is Powerful! Give One Today!
Encouragement can be a game changer for a real estate investor whether they are a newbie or seasoned investor.
We have great moments through out our business (ie closing on a great deal, your wife agreeing to be on board with the real estate business, etc) and at other moments, not so great (ie finding out more rehab needs to be done than originally planned, tenant got sick and decides to leave without paying rent, etc).
Through all this, having a community like Bigger Pockets to encourage each other to take one step closer to their real estate goal each day is critical. People need encouragement.
A young couple who struggles to start their real estate business so they can one day free up time to care for their family - they need to be encouraged. The seasoned investors who mentor and lead - they need to be encouraged. A man who is running against the clock to build up his real estate portfolio to care for his family before his medical condition limits his ability to earn money - he needs to be encouraged. We all need to be encouraged in some way.
Be the encouragement for others no matter where you are in your real estate career. A simple vote on forums, welcoming a new member, saying thank you to a podcast guest for taking the time to share their tips, look for old forums without responses and see if you can provide any tips.
The beauty of Bigger Pockets is that it is a community of encouragements and we all take one step closer to our real estate goals by actively participating. What have you done today to encourage others?

Hi Meghan. Thanks for your comment. You are right. Doing this by yourself is not an easy task. That's why I love BP because I can fall flat on my face and there will be someone to help you get back up. Spread the encouragement mindset because that will help you along your real estate journey to your goal. Look forward to hearing your success stories!

Thank you Cuong for this. As a new investor about 6 years ago, I used to go to those REIA meetings for nothing else other than being in the same room with people who shared the same faith, that "you can do it!". I always came away feeling energized and felt relieved that I was not the only crazy one... You are right! People need to be encouraged. I will also do what I can to share my experience and encourage others to pursue their own destiny.

Hi Roger. Thanks for your comment and glad that you are helping others where you can. Sometimes we get in a rut and all we need is to be reminded that our goals are possible. Just have to take small steps every single day. Let us know how we can help and we look forward to hearing many of your success stories.
