Happy Thanksgiving, BiggerPockets!

How do you know that you have a high needs tenant?  When his Happy Thanksgiving text goes to both his landlord and to our handyman!

In the real estate realm, this yer I an thankful for:

  • Fewer move outs this year, better financials
  • The thermometer is unusually low, but no burst pipes this time
  • Our fabulous property manager, what a find!
  • Being smart enough to pull back on my goals rather than breaking my neck to get them checked off
