-Networking: I had a returned call from a wholesaler whose bandit sign I called last week
ACTION!
-Networking: Called a new lead source. She helps the elderly clean their and sell the belongings in their home before moving into assisted living.
RESULTS:
-Networking: Received my first phone call from an out of state investor through BiggerPockets

I enjoy speaking with other REI so much! It's like everyone is on one big team striving toward the same goal, to create financial freedom.
