Week 3 Results
I received a very low volume of calls this week. Only 4 total calls, 2 voicemails. One was hoping to hit lottery. The other lead is out of state owner that has property leased through the fall. The property backs up to a major highway and is an older subdivision. We talked about what it was worth today and what I would pay her. She told me to stay in touch. She is not that motivated today, but may be in future.
I am still in conversation with a few leads from last week. I have not had anyone super motivated today to sell. However I am building a list of those who may be motivated in future. For example when tenet moves out and they realize their property was destroyed.
I am in sales and can definitely see how important the follow up process is. Using a three tab system in google docs is a very easy way to track who needs to be called.
I had a meeting out of town with my job this week and was afraid I would be bombarded with calls. I am hoping next week we will make up for poor performance this week.
My fifth week of marketing dropped this week. For my second cycle there will be a different yellow letter than the initial campaign. I will hit 250 absentee owners for a month. The automation of the marketing makes that part of that business run on auto pilot. I can see how easy it will be to scale. All you need is money.
