One of the great things about being a property manager is that no two days are alike.
You never know what tomorrow will bring. For that matter, you never know what this afternoon will bring! That uncertainty may not appeal to everyone, but if you believe variety is the spice of life, then becoming a property manager certainly fits comfortably within your wheelhouse.

Just be careful on that last bit of advice. If you tell a minority applicant the night before that "nothing was available" and the next day a white person comes in and you tour with them, and the parties are related, you could face a discrimination lawsuit. It would be better to tell them that no one is available to cover for you in the office and would they mind waiting X minutes until someone got back or come back tomorrow.
