PEX is your friend!

Yesterday I fixed a leak in the new toilet in the rental property. I small bit of plumber's putty and it was good to go.  After that I had to run water lines for a washer hookup. I finally got a chance to try my new PEX tools.  Boy was it great!  I've heard that PEX is dummy proof...and this is proof that it actually is!  :o)  It took just a few minutes to run lines. In fact, it took me more time to pull some of the old galvanized steel pipe off.  I am no longer afraid of water issues!
