Kick in the Butt

A lot of people including myself are sometime hesitant to buy even though we know it's a great deal. By the time we do decide that it is a great deal it's usually to late and whatever we were going to buy is gone. That's the way it is in today's real estate market. Do you buy now? Do you wait and hope that prices go down? Sometimes we need a little kick in the butt to motivate us. Today's real estate market is one of the occasions. I know most of us remember the saying "You snooze you loose". With interest rates at their lowest in years. Home prices at their lowest and the Federal Government willing to give first time home buyers an$8,000 tax credit. Gee what are we all waiting for?
