Cheap Property in Spain - Manilva

For the uninitiated Manilva is an area in the west Costa Del Sol area of Spain, almost near the English colony of Gibraltar. The area is a great option if you are looking for a cheap property Spain . This region house some great villages and marinas, such as Sabinillas and Duquesa both offering many great attributes to those people seeking a place in the sun at a reasonable price.

Sabinillas has recently undergone some serious infrastructural work to the roads and also the promenade making it a really accessible and charming typically Spanish seaside location. There is a great market held on the beach on Sundays and you can walk along the Paseo and enjoy some of the well priced restaurants.

There is currently a large oversupply of properties within this region, plus many investment apartments bought by overstretched investors. This obviously leads to the many opportunities we are now being presented with within this area. I honestly believe if people actually see this area and keep an open mind they will get something great for the money and great access to some great ammenities. People who are looking for property in Spain and particularly discounted real estate do need to open their horizons to find their dream property or a long term investment. We have experienced people who expect to buy massively discounted property with an outrageously tight criteria, this on most occasions leads to disappointment and them re-thinking their option.

  1. Yes I have a number of properties, I actually live near Marbella.

  2. Thanks, Mark. Do you own RE in Spain?

  3. You can get something for $160,000 that will get approx. $1100 per month rent for a long term or short term holiday rentals will get you $14,000 per year gross. The latter taking more effort and time to achieve but with the potential to exceed that figure over a 3 year period as your occupancy increases.

  4. Hey Mark, how much do typical SFR's go for in USD's? How much do they rent for? Thanks
