La Zagaleta Property

We have now grown our La Zagaleta property portfolio substantially over the last few months and now have nearly 40 high end villas for sale within the development. There have been some really interesting additions, including a 2700m2 villa with four swimming pools and its own nightclub. I was actually on site last week and couldn´t believe how quickly the construction process in moving forward. Looks like it will be completed in the summer, ready for what I think will be an absolute scorcher.

This property is in sector H of the development, this is actually the estates highest point so as you can image the views are panoramic and far reaching. The deisgn of this villa is really interesting, with the ground floor swimming pool overflowing into the lower ground pool via a glass waterfall. The entire house is being kitted out by an Italian company with some of the best quality materials being used.

We have been pretty surprised at the level of interest La Zagaleta has been getting over the last couple of months. I know some of this could be attributed to the documentary aired on the UK´s ITV channel, featuring the weathiest areas in Marbella. Piers Morgan, the journalist responsible for making the program flew over the development in a helicopter and also visited a couple who owned a house there. There were some pricing inaccuracies in the program though, as it was mentioned that plots of land started at €4,000,000. You can buy a plot there for closer to €1,000,000, but in all honesty this probably only added to the developments perceived exclusivity.
