Homebuyers that are looking for the perfect blend of affordable real estate, big city attractions, and relaxed Western living will be delighted to learn about the fantastic opportunities among the homes for sale in Phoenix, Arizona.

If you are looking for the perfect home to balance western, rural, and urban life for your family, then you could not pick a better place then the three-bedroom properties in Mesa, AZ.
Mesa brings a perfect combination to the table: it is ideally located 20 miles east of the downtown Phoenix area, and 20 miles west of the outskirts of the Arizona desert. Just a 30 minute car drive, and your family can be spending a day in the museums and attractions of Phoenix, or checking out a Wild West re-enactment and panning for gold in the mountains of the Apache Trail. In Mesa, three-bedroom homes the perfect size for almost any family are attractively priced. If you prefer a more modest home, you can expect to view houses listed at price points in the low-$100k-and-up range, whereas if you are in the market for a brand-new, modern state-of-the-art property, you can look forward to price points in the $300k-and-up range.
Though the attractiveness of nearby areas is a great selling point for Mesa, it should not be neglected to mention that you need not leave the Mesa city limits for fantastic entertainment. Mesa harbors some great shopping centers, including Fiesta Mall and Mesa Riverview in the western part of the city, and the Superstition Springs Center in the eastern part of the city.
Other attractions include the kid-friendly Arizona Museum of Natural History, the Commemorative Air Force Museum, and the Arizona Museum for Youth. Outdoor-lovers will enjoy the nearby Phoenix Zoo and the Desert Botanical Garden.
