You Are The Biggest Obstacle

Contain 800x800

Do you have big aspirations?

Here's something to think about...

You are the biggest obstacle to reaching your full potential.

The sooner you realize that the sooner you can start to develop the self-awareness necessary to break through your self-imposed limitations.

People often ask me why I set insanely challenging goals.

It's because I realize that my limitations are self imposed.

When I set goals so extreme that they seem almost impossible to achieve...

I win whether I accomplish the goal or not.

It's who I become in the pursuit of the goal that really matters.

Oftentimes, I end up accomplishing far more than I previously thought I was possible.

Limiting Belief: I can't run a marathon. ✅ Action: Signed up for an IRONMAN, and finished.

Limiting Belief: I can't run an ultramarathon. ✅ Action: Signed up for a 100mi race, and finished a 100k race instead.

Limiting Belief: I need to save more money to invest in real estate. ✅ Action: Sought out how to invest in real estate without any cash or credit, and bought 4 houses my first year while attending college with no job.

Limiting Belief: I need even more money to invest in multifamily. ✅ Action: Bought my first multifamily property without syndicating, and successfully exited less than 18 months later.

Limiting Belief: I am not good enough to build a billion dollar portfolio. ✅ Action: Seeking out entrepreneurs who have built 8-9 figure businesses, and...[work in progress]

Take time to self-reflect and identify the self-limiting beliefs you are holding onto. Then ask yourself:

👉 Is that really true? 👉 What if that wasn't true? 👉 How can I overcome that? 👉 Who could I talk to that can help me with that?

Then take massive action!
