I Was Afraid Of This...

Contain 800x800

Fear is a mile wide and an inch deep.

Despite flipping around 200 single-family houses, the mere thought of building one from the ground up scared me!

Dealing with architects, engineers, city permitting & inspections, and contractors seemed more like a nightmare than an exciting real estate investment project.

That is until I finally embraced the uncertainty and took a leap of faith!

To be honest though, I didn't have much of a choice.

I had purchased a lot a while back and let it sit untouched for far too long.

But once I confronted my fears head-on, I realized how overblown they were in the first place.

The lesson here is that fear only has leverage on your life if you allow it.

Don't let fear hold you back!

Your dreams are waiting on the other side of fear, and you have everything you need to start making them a reality.

PS: I look forward to sharing the journey of my first new construction project later this summer.
