Reason for starting this blog

This blog is actually and extension or transfer from a general investing forum on the 2+2 (poker) website, and my daily journal to a strictly Real Estate focused log/blog.

I have kept daily journals/calendars in my big Brownline daytimers for about 30 years.   They contain everything important and minor including notes to pick up food and exercise etc.  This blog will allow me to focus on the actions dedicated to Real Estate and serve as one more way to be accountable.

I started my Real estate journey about 20 years ago but did not know it. There was nothing significant to write about.  In the coming posts, I will lay out my history of RE investing and explain how I got to where I am and what I am doing now to keep moving ahead to my goal.

My initial posts will be daily, because there is a lot of background to get over and then I will probably transfer to a weekly post because things do not happen that quickly in RE.

Some of the stories I have are fairly interesting, and over time, I forget the details of how and why I did something.  Once they are in the blog, I can always look back and see what worked, what did not work and why.

If you got this far,  thanks for joining me on this journey.
