The Glory In Mobile Home Flipping That Does Not Exist

If you watch  tv you have no debt seen all the house flipping shows that show you how wonderful and easy it is to flip a home with them using male/female actors that don't look they have ever raised a hammer much less ever actually rehabbed a house, the closest one to reality that I have ever watched are from  bigger pockets alum that actually do this for a living is Zombie house flipping, some others are pretty good like flip or flop and flipping 101, and my last favorite fixer upper, most of these shows do Not show the hard work and stress that goes into flipping these homes they only show you the glamorous side of this business which for the most part does not exist unless you like working on the holidays and weekends while everyone else is playing or if you love spending date night with your better half in Home Depot, Lowes or the nearest hardware store. This business is not for the 9-5 crowd, so if thats how you want to work I would not advise getting into this business. If you spend your off time worrying about what other people are doing or how they are living in other words trying to keep up with your neighbors in life this business may not be for you, if you worry about driving a fancy car because your neighbors friends or coworkers drive fancy cars this business may not be for you, if you are concerned about your appearance when in the above mentioned stores this business may not be for you, I tell you this because most people in reality that flip homes drive cheap cars, wear paint stained clothes everyday to keep from ruining what few clothes you actually have, and what they talk about on daily basis is the next design for their newest home and the type/color of appliances going into this home, this business has nothing to do with glamour unless you like long days and sleepless nights from aches and pains crawling around in basements or under homes, this is a tough business and is not for everyone, sure you can make a living in this business but its a hard way to go for a long time getting into this business.
