Facebook is currently the number one social media platform around the world and has more than 1 billion users. What makes it possible is how multifunctional it is, besides communicating features, Facebook offers many other useful pieces that actually many people still don’t know about and today we will be covering our top five out of them:

1. Facebook Pages.

Besides actual Facebook accounts, pages have to be one of the most used features of Facebook. It’s a public profile created for business, different causes, celebrities, organizations and etc. Creating a page allows you to grow your audience, either if it’s personal or for your business and upload content under the name of your company.

2. Facebook Jobs.

If you are looking for a job or a new employee for your company, “Facebook Jobs” allows you to start a search straight on the platform, you can simply choose the category (finance, design, manufacturing and etc) and the job-type (full-time, internship or etc) and Facebook starts looking for right applicants depending on your location.

3. Facebook Events.

Events let you organize and respond to gatherings in the real world with people on Facebook. You could organize a meeting straight on Facebook or keep up with upcoming events in your friends’ lives even from home.

4. Facebook Games.

Facebook never lets you get bored. After a long day of work, you could relax by choosing a game from thousands of featured game genres and even discover new interesting apps.

5. Facebook Fundraisers.

You can use Facebook to donate and raise money for both nonprofits and personal causes. This is obviously an amazing and thoughtful feature, especially considering that after the worldwide outbreak of COVID-19 many people are sadly in need of help.

Using Facebook only for communication is fine, but discovering new things is never bad, keep exploring the platform and you might find that they are offering a feature that you were looking for.
