Our Crowdfunding Network Is Growing Part 90

It has been almost a year since I blogged about the growth of our platform.  A ton has happened and we have an extended team of 23 working on the platform now along with a formal advisory board.  We're preparing for crowdfunding our own capital raise later this year.

We have a very different approach on the industry and the tools we're rolling out will help sponsors and be from a sponsor's perspective.  I have almost sold off all of our 54 development projects as I write this, which has taken several years to do.  I joined CTAN about a year and a half ago to learn more about early stage startup financing.

I'll blog more about the growth of our network later this year.  For now we're very busy selling projects, raising money for our hard money debt fund, and growing our platform.  We have most of the major features built and will be shifting to sales/marketing mode the 2nd half of this year.

  1. I've enjoyed reading these posts and looking at the marketplace deals. Since I'm new at syndication, I would like to know how you might suggest what features on your site help with showing a track record both in an off the site.  Because of the regs, am I limited to what's in the about the team section? There may be a blog post that you've posted on this, but what I'm looking for as an investor, and what I'd think my investors might want from me, is a report on what your returns have been relative to your projected returns, and testimonials from your investors on what it was like to work with you. And excuse me for asking to do something that could be outside of security compliance, since I'm not as familiar with the law as I could be.
