Our Crowdfunding Network Is Growing Part 77
The San Diego conference this weekend was kind of lame. The crowdfunding conferences in general seem to be losing some steam. Title IV doesn't have the buzz I thought it would. Some of this may be a function of the state suit, but in general the raises are very costly and I don't see them being used as much as hoped for.
We finished filing Form ADV this Friday and should hopefully have all of that done in the next few weeks. Our portal agreement is also completed. I am busy working on figuring out the proper amount to raise for our first third party deal.
Our partnership with our pre-funding partner has stalled a bit because of vacations and conferences. My hope is to work on that some more next week. Our rebranding will play out over the coming few months as well.
The superportal is going well. We expect to start taking in money for this in the coming few weeks and we have commitments from around 20 operators who wish to start their own portal. Hopefully this will get rolling quite well between now and the end of the year. This concept is truly different than what the rest of the industry is offering and I expect it to sell very well.
