Private Equity Fund Taking Shape
What a crazy last 6 months it has been for me. I have been traveling like a madman and shoring up the balance sheet for our personal portfolio. I have also read and learned a great deal from a number of sources. The chief source has been BP, but other resources have proven very useful too.
Our private equity fund, Bullseye Capital Real Property Opportunity Fund has taken shape a lot. We lost a bit of momentum heading into the holidays, but have recently made some great progress. We have a new website that includes our acquisition criteria, information about the fund, and we are currently working on a submission form for brokers or investors. Processes and capital raising are taking a big portion of our time right now as well.
This year I hope to get the fund up and running and complete our capital raising with the help of 9 other partners. We are about to bring on a few new partners to help grow more quickly too. As the commercial real estate market improves capital should prove easier and easier to soruce after a pretty long rough patch.
I am very excited about this year and am looking forward to better times to come. Thanks for taking the time to read about our progress. I will try to post more often going forward.
