Our Crowdfunding Network Is Growing Part 82
Our pre-funding partnership is now complete. We just need to sign the documents and get money moving. We'll probably be starting out with a 41-unit equity raise for a local developer for our first third party deal. I'm working through all of the legal for that right now.
Our executive summary for our new debt fund is pretty much done with the 2nd draft too based on the attorney's feedback. We should hopefully send that back next week and get started on the true legal in July.
We're pretty close to being at parity with our white-labeled company with our own new site solution. This week we also reskinned our site's home page to be more conducive to doing third party raises. We'll probably do the rebranding exercise soon too. RealStarter will officially be born soon.
There is a ton of legal stuff still to sort through, but it will all come together with this first third party raise this month. With pre-funders we should also be able to do multiple raises soon. We'll probably wait for our own site implementation to do that.
I got the CO for some of our properties this week. We still expect to sell 14 units between now and the end of the year. We also have a great builder that should solve a lot of our scaling problems. As this all gets streamlined we'll do more with the new crowdfunding site and third party deals.
