Our Crowdfunding Network Is Growing Part 70
Our 4th crowdfunding project has now taken in $65k in around 15 days. This is slower than previous raises, but we are trying out new processes so it isn't surprising. Our back-end CRM system is now set up to measure everything and figure out what pulls well.
I spent a lot of this week trying to navigate Title IV with staying under the audited financial statement bar. I sent some mail to Mark Roderick this week with some ideas on this. We should hopefully be ready to roll out our debt fund under this type of construct in late April. This will be a big deal and will allow us to advertise for all investors.
We put a project on the market today. I expect to sell about 20 projects in the coming 6 months, which should allow us to start buying more pretty soon. This will be coupled with new crowdfunding opportunities from our own personal projects.
Later this month I also expect to be able to crowdfund projects for third parties. When we start on this we'll be changing the branding for our site. We're thinking of calling our new site/brand RealStarter and changing the domain. This will hopefully happen in concert with taking on initial third party deals. Once we get through compliance with the Texas SSB we should be ready for this.
