Our Crowdfunding Network Is Growing Part 28

Today I secured a speaking spot from Fundrise at my Wealth Investment Network for May. Brandon Jenkins will probably be flying down a day early to present to our network and we'll both be speaking at the crowdfunding event in Austin as well. That should be a lot of fun and I hope to make some new relationships in the industry at the conference.

The Austin Entrepreneur Network's head also signed on to present to our network in June and I am working on cross-pollinating his angel network with our list of accredited investors from my WIN group. We'll also be listing some real estate projects on his portal to help him get more real estate deal flow and grow his investor base. There are all sorts of new relationships being forged and I see smaller networks banding together to get access to more capital quickly. This is interesting to watch and it should serve to lower the barrier to capital formation along with the cost of capital for entrepreneurs, promoters, etc. This should, in turn, make more projects viable and create new jobs. All of this is fantastic for the economy.

We should be exiting many new projects soon which will give me some more bandwidth to get our portal machinery up and running and kick-start the growth of our investors again. A lot of the hard work is done and our securities attorney is fine-tuning some of the language on our site before we launch things in earnest. My partner is writing some scripts to scrape information so we can advertise to more investors and we have a small team working on copy, etc. Videos and other bells/whistles will probably be the next order of business along with integrating our weekly reporting with the site to give folks a reason to continue visiting our site. I'll also work on some blog content relevant for passive investors looking to learn more about crowdfunding.
