Welcome to my new blog about investing in real estate.  Many people don't like real estate, or would never consider it something that they would like to be a part of.  Truthfully, the only reason that's the case is that they don't know enough about it.

I hope to change that through this blog.  Maybe you'll get as excited as I did and want to join us.  We would love to tell you more!!

I have wanted to start a real estate investment company for a number of years now.  It's finally happened.  I have formed a company with a business partner and we have recently taken ownership of our first two properties.

We have 5 door ... 3 one bedroom apartments, a large two bedroom, and a HUGE 3 bedroom.
