Just over 1 Month In To Renovating Unit 3

It has been a while since my last post. I just wanted to share a quick update. 

I am on track to have this set of renovations done by the end of the month, 9 days left. 

Over the weekend a friend and I just about finished the kitchen renovation. 

It started with applying a skim coat of joint compound to all four walls, sanding the skim coat after it dried, painting the walls white (it is a small kitchen and white helps to make it feel larger), Installing new laminate flooring (I opted to go with a grey oak finish), new cabinets, and I am just waiting for the range and the refrigerator then the kitchen will be done. 

The living room was very similar in the work that went into it less the floors. It was a skimcoat and paint job as well as removing the popcorn from the ceiling. The floors went untouched which I am happy with for now. I think down the road, I will be re-doing them.
