Starting Over At 60!
Life takes many twists and turns either by our own hand or by some other inside/outside influence. I'm not going to go into my life's story here, but essentially, I have to start over again with a career at 60 with little backup. I didn't take the traditional route that so many have ( school, college, work for 30-40 years in a profession, retire, etc., etc. ). I took a more "twisted" road ( school, college, LOTS of different professions, child LATE ( at 50 ) in life, etc.). I now find myself with little to no backup plan as that's just how the cards have played out ( mostly due to my own decisions! ). I would like some input from others who may have suddenly found themselves really backed up against the wall with very real serious life changing/altering situations and what actions they took to overcome them. I have had some success in real estate as a wholesaler ( which I enjoyed ), but I now find myself looking for the answers to help me with what's next. I would like to continue pursuing real estate as a profession, but am at a crossroads as to what the next step is to take. The sense of urgency I now have is greater than ever before as I no longer have ( lots of ) time on my side. Any input would be gratefully appreciated. Thanks for reading....
